This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from http://ubertal.com/ (the “Site”) online products and monitoring services (“Platform”) (collectively, “Services”) or when you otherwise interact with us.
The use of our products and services (“Ubertal Offerings”) is subject to the terms of the applicable customer agreement, the use of our website is subject to the Ubertal Terms and Conditions of Use, and the terms of this Privacy Policy are incorporated into each and form part of those agreements.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT:
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. • Facilitate contests, sweepstakes and promotions and process and deliver entries and rewards.
• Link or combine with information we get from others to help understand your needs and provide you with better service.
• Consider you for possible employment at Ubertal in connection with an application that you submit.

We use the Device Information, that we collect, to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

UBERTAL PRODUCTS:
Some of our products used by our customers may be used to collect information that is or could be personal information. We may have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information we process on behalf of our customers. An individual who seeks access or who seeks to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data controlled by one of our customers should direct its query to our customer (the data controller). We use and disclose such information as specified in the agreement(s) between our customer and us and/or as required by law.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
We may share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
