Who is the team behind Ovela AIOps?
Ovela has been developed by a group of seasoned software engineers from Microsoft, Amazon, Twitter and eBay, each with more than 10 years of extensive experience in designing, implementing and operating large data systems, including public cloud systems like AWS and Azure. The systems they operated contain over 30 thousand nodes on average.
How do you price Ovela?
In general, the price of Ovela is based on the features you select (e.g. monitoring, log management and analysis, root cause analysis, metrics correlation, anomaly detection, etc.), number of nodes, as well as data volume and retention length. Currently we offer personalized pricing based on your specific needs.
How easy is it to customize Ovela?
Ovela is a highly customizable software offering. We can commit to new features based on agreed upon milestones. Unlike other software companies, we do not force fit your business requirements into our pre-built solution. Rather, we work with you to extend our software application to meet your specific needs. For example, we have successfully customized our platform to: a) monitor and tie business metrics with system metrics; b) Monitor IoT devices; c) Triage error messages based on root cause analysis of tens of thousands of errors generated in QA automation testing.
What are the risks in using Ovela?

How is your software deployed?
We support both cloud and on premise deployment.
How long does it take to deploy the Ovela AI Ops solution?
Time to deploy is dependent upon the scope and scale of your environment. On average, the solution can be deployed in a matter of 1-2 days.
How is data collected?
The required data can be collected by installing our customized data collection collector (probe). If it is an intranet user, it can be sent to the external network for use. We also support multiple acquisition methods, including probeless acquisition. Contact us for more details on various options.
Does your data collection affect service performance?
Our probes have tighter time interval management and do not have performance impact on the primary service.
Is your data collected in real time? Can I see it in real time?
The data is collected in real time and takes 1 minute from transmission to presentation. You can create a corresponding panel to view in the smart panel.
How do you ensure the security of data?
Encrypted transmission: Data transmission is transmitted on the SSL port of https to prevent sniffing. At the same time, in the transmission process, encryption and confusion will be adopted to generate a series of codes and strings that cannot be recognized, so as to achieve the purpose of secure transmission.
Isolation and preservation: The transmitted data will be stored in the cloud service. We use mature and stable cloud service providers and integrate their security mechanisms. They also have a complete set of security mechanisms and permissions. The production and development environment is completely isolated.
