According to Harvard Business Review, 52% of women that are working as scientists, technologists and engineers quit their jobs. There are several reasons for this including hostility in the workplace, sense of isolation, different work styles than men, and inability to understand the path upward due to lack of mentors and sponsors. Ubertal Foundation aims to help address these issues through education, open communication, connection and mentorship.
